classes took off at about a million miles an hour. i suppose mostly because the semesters here are so short. i keep finding myself in moments of looking around and thinking "wait.. what? when? oh good god..." midterms are in about 3 weeks or so.
(let me reiterate: "wait.. what? when? oh good god...")
it is slowly getting colder here, but is still rather beautiful out... most of the time.

just so ya know, all saints day, which i think is nov. 2nd is a great big deal over there. the equivalent to day of the dead in mexico. honoring the ancestors and all. everything closes.... well, maybe not in rome.

aparently the lights (and the min-fair) were all for the churchs "i've been open this many years..." thing.
but yeah. this church also set off about 15 plus min.s of fireworks the other night at around... well.. late. i was sleepy. so it wasn't cool.
thanks for the heads up on all saints day... there is so much i just don't know/get about all this christian and catholic what-not. hell... all the jewish what-not confuses me too...
